As such, they are used across a broad scope, including cars, motorcycles, electric machinery, machine tools, aerospace devices, office equipment and other industrial machinery.

KOYO Radial needle roller and cage assemblies Metric series,KOYO Bearing K15X21X15,Provided are a cage and roller in which a holder for said cage and roller comprises an engaging protrusion that elastically deforms and shrinks in diameter when inserted in the support hole of a rocker arm on the outer peripheral surface of a rim section, elastically returns after insertion, engages with the rocker arm, and sets the position of the holder in the axial direction thereof with respect to the rocker arm. As a result, it is possible to attach the cage and roller to the rocker arm in order to create a unit in a state in which the position in the axial direction is set, and attachment of the cage and roller to the rocker arm is thereby simplified.

In applications where the shaft and housing bore can serve as raceways, the assemblies can be used to create bearing arrangements that require minimal radial space. Needle roller and cage assemblies with a split cage can be used where raceways are recessed in the shaft Special needle roller and cage assemblies are used for the bludgeon (wrist) pin and crank-pin (crankshaft journal) for connecting rods of internal combustion engines and compressors. They provide excellent service in spite of rapid accelerations, elevated temperatures, unfavourable load, and poor lubrication conditions.

Double row needle roller and cage assemblies have a double row cage in the same design as a single row cage.
