KOYO Radial needle roller and cage assemblies Metric series,KOYO Bearing K22X28X17H,Provided are a cage and roller in which a holder for said cage and roller comprises an engaging protrusion that elastically deforms and shrinks in diameter when inserted in the support hole of a rocker arm on the outer peripheral surface of a rim section, elastically returns after insertion, engages with the rocker arm, and sets the position of the holder in the axial direction thereof with respect to the rocker arm. As a result, it is possible to attach the cage and roller to the rocker arm in order to create a unit in a state in which the position in the axial direction is set, and attachment of the cage and roller to the rocker arm is thereby simplified.
